STRING MILL & WATERMELON MILL

CROSSOVER SUBS

  • Crossover subs are essential for drilling operations, providing flexibility to adapt the drill string to well-specific requirements

SIDE ENTRY SUBS

SAVER SUBS

  • It is screwed onto the bottom of the kelly or top drive and onto the top of the drill string.
  • When deepening the hole and adding pipe to the drill string, the threads are unscrewed between the saver sub and the drill string.

PUMP-IN SUBS

  • Allows fluid to be pumped into the drill string.
  • Fitted with a 1502 Weco® connection.
  • Connection can be on box, pin, or side of the sub.
  • Other ends have drill pipe connections.
