Inspection, Rebuild, Refurbishment and Certification all Billy Pugh personnel transfer basket

The Billy Pugh X-904 transfer (4 to 12 person) device is used to quickly and effectively transport personnel via crane in an offshore environment.

Inspection includes thoroughly examining all parts of the transfer device for any damage or defect on all parts of the unit, loosening and tightening the center pole and swabbing the threads with lubricant to prevent seizing; inspecting the X-904 Personnel Transfer unit for modifications or non OEM supplied components and removing them; and replacing all defective or worn parts as required. Following inspection and refurbishment, a new certificate of conformity will be issued.

After 06 months/02 years of service, the device needs to be inspected/refurbished by a qualified third party. PVD Training has been authorized by to perform these service by the manufacturer – Billy Pugh. We will not only re-certify the unit but also replace worn or damaged parts.
